// REQUIRED SKILLS
**Responsibilities**
• This request is for quotation only, no commitment yet
• Create 1 complete game ready 3D character for Unreal Engine 4, compatible with the UE4 Mannequin skeleton (or a provided UE4 skeleton)
• High poly sculpt and clean low poly retopology
• UV unwrap and baking (normal, AO, curvature, etc)
• Full PBR texturing (BaseColor, Normal, Roughness, Metallic, AO) in 2K or 4K
• Full rigging and skinning to the UE4 skeleton with clean weights and proper deformation
• Export final FBX + textures, and provide a quick UE4 import test to validate scale and deformations
• Deliverables: FBX, textures (PNG or TGA), plus source files (Blender or Maya, ZBrush, Substance) if included in your quote
**Qualifications**
• Portfolio with real time characters, preferably Unreal Engine 4 or 5
• Strong anatomy, topology, UVs, and baking workflow
• Proficiency with Blender or Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter
• Proven experience rigging and skinning to the UE4 Mannequin skeleton and respecting retargeting constraints
• Ability to follow poly and texture budgets, naming conventions, and technical requirements
• Clear communication, accepts feedback, reliable delivery
• For the quote, include: total price for 1 character, turnaround time, what is included, revision limits, and separate prices for extras (facial rig, hair cards, cloth simulation, additional outfits, LODs)
