// REQUIRED SKILLS
**Responsibilities**
• Sculpt realistic, human, and horror-focused characters using ZBrush
• Create game-ready topology suitable for deformation and animation
• Produce clean UV layouts and efficient texture sets
• Texture characters using PBR workflows (Substance Painter)
• Build grotesque, infected, and decayed character designs
• Ensure characters are Unreal Engine 5 ready (scale, naming, LODs, export setup)
• Collaborate closely with animators and developers to support gameplay and jumpscare sequences
• Iterate on characters based on feedback and gameplay needs
• Maintain visual consistency with the project’s grounded, realistic tone
**Qualifications**
• Proven experience creating realistic or horror characters
• Clean retopology and UV workflows
• Experience with Substance Painter (or equivalent PBR texturing tools)
• Understanding of real-time game constraints (polycount, texture budgets)
• Ability to export and prepare assets for Unreal Engine 5
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a team
• Discord required for communication
• Willingness to sign an NDA
