**Responsibilities**
Immersive real-time training simulation. We are developing a high-fidelity interactive experience where a single realistic character is the focal point.
Seeking a character artist experienced in realistic human creation (MetaHuman optional) to build a production-ready character based on real-person reference images for UE5.
Face & Likeness
Create highly realistic face from photo references
Capture accurate anatomy and subtle micro-expressions
Clean topology for animation and close-up use
Grooming (hair, brows, facial hair) if required
Integration
Deliver character fully integrated in Unreal Engine 5
Optimised for real-time performance
Realistic skin shader setup (SSS, micro detail)
LOD setup where required
Skeleton rigging optional but preferred
**Qualifications**
⚠ Portfolio Required – Only apply if you can show:
Realistic human character work (not stylised or cartoon)
Demonstrated likeness capture from real photo references
Experience with MetaHuman pipeline (MetaHuman Creator, ZBrush/Maya workflows, UE5 integration)
Strong understanding of realistic skin shading and facial detail
UE5 character implementation examples preferred
