**Responsibilities**
About the Project:
I am working on a project called the Enhanced Gameplay Animation Project
This is a, conceptualized, complete motion matching locomotion system from idle, walk, runs to stand, crouch prone, with extended movement states to include swimming, ladder and rope climbing, as well as weapon states such as Rifle, Pistol, Light Melee (1 handed ) and Heavy Melee (2 handed) with bow and cross bow animations as well. In this project I will be coding the movement setup myself.
Your only responsibility will be to make the animations as requested. No time limit, but I would like the animations in sets like Unarmed, Rifle, Pistol, Bow, Cross bow, etc.
Most these animations will be slight variations (moving the hand and upper body positioning) from the original animations in GASP.
**Qualifications**
An animator who:
Works with the UE5 Mannequin and understands root motion/in-place animation
Can create realistic, gameplay-oriented animations (not cinematic)
Has experience with Control Rig, Blender, MotionBuilder,or other 3rd party software for animation workflows
Can deliver clean looping and transitional animations optimized for games
Is comfortable collaborating on animation lists and implementing my direction closely and exactly
Is comfortable working collaboratively through Perforce and/or Git hub
