**Responsibilities**
Paid job, freelance to start with, potentially part time: pay and time depends on experience. Contract format can be negotiated, we prefer a project based fixed fee to start. Right personal and cultural fit is more important than industry experience or technical knowledge.
We are looking for a creative producer working with game engines, Experience of working in small teams, at a very high level, and interdisciplinary is more important than deep technical know-how. Based in Copenhagen.

The producer works directly with Jakob Kudsk Steensen, and with developers and collaborating artists. The producer will not need to handson code, but needs to possess enough knowledge about game engines to plan around it and create proper timelines, milestones and review project progress
together with lead programmers and artists working on projects
**Qualifications**
Our projects have shown in Denmark at ARoS, Cisternerne, Statens Museum for Kunst, and we mainly exhibit internationally- next with a major project showing at MoMA in NYC this coming October.
Also watch out for a more assistant level game engine developer, which the studio will be looking for after summer.
Coordinating and tracking deliverables across multi-stakeholder productions, working as part of a larger interdisciplinary team
Managing Unreal Engine timelines, technical milestones, and cross-team communication
Be able to work at a high level, with a strong ability to execute projects with programmers and digital artists working inside of UE, and realize projects
The ability to self direct and take initiative whilst identifying priorities within competing deadlines is crucial
