**Responsibilities**
Develop a turn-based dark-fantasy RPG designed to be playable by blind and low-vision players, featuring spatial audio, advanced haptic feedback, and AI-driven accessibility.
Our founder is blind (“tester #0”) and leads narrative & game design.
**Qualifications**
Game Programmers (Unreal Engine) – C++/Blueprints (Gameplay & UI), Enhanced Input, (optional) GAS; strong focus on accessibility (audio cues, audio navigation, remappable inputs).
UI Artist / UI-UX Designer – HUD, menus, inventory, wireframes + mockups; clear hierarchy and consistent feedback (accessibility-focused).
3D Artist (Character) – PBR, clean pipeline, strong attention to performance/UE5 optimization.
Software Engineer / AI Engineer – AI for accessibility: TTS/ASR, spatial audio, haptic feedback mapping; plus experience with RL/Deep Learning and bridging Python/PyTorch ↔ Unreal Engine.
