// REQUIRED SKILLS
**Responsibilities**
We’re looking for a senior-level Unreal Engine developer who’s strong in both C++ and Blueprints, and comfortable working as a generalist across gameplay systems, networking, performance, and tools.
This is not a beginner role. You’ll be working on real production projects, not prototypes or tutorials.
Develop gameplay systems using C++ and Blueprints
Work on multiplayer systems (replication, authority, server/client logic)
Build scalable systems (AI, UI, inventory, interaction, vehicles, tools, etc.)
Debug complex engine and project-level issues
Optimize performance and memory usage
Work with designers and artists to integrate systems cleanly
Handle systems-level logic, not just features
**Qualifications**
Strong experience in Unreal Engine 5
Advanced knowledge of C++ in UE
Strong Blueprint architecture skills (clean, modular systems)
Multiplayer experience (dedicated servers, replication, RPCs)
Experience working on real projects (not just personal demos)
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills (voice calls required)
Fluent English (required)
