// REQUIRED SKILLS
**Responsibilities**
Work with other level designers to inject horror-moments into their levels
Create levels that revolve around horror and tension
Create primarily interior-based areas that are both exciting and easy to navigate through
Greybox and playtest your level, receive feedback, and work thoughtfully to implement feedback
Mentor other level designers in horror design
Collaborate seamlessly with other departments in the creation and maintaining of levels
Communicate frequently with the lead and director on progress of level design tasks
Be comfortable on working on multiple levels at the same time, switching as necessary
Follow company organizational best practices while working in the project
Work closely with other departments like Environment Art and QA as your level is shepherded through the level creation pipeline
**Qualifications**
Passion for both tactical shooter and horror level design
Exceptional interpersonal skills: Communication, giving plus receiving feedback, learning from mistakes, and meeting deadlines are key
3+ years of professional Level Design experience with a focus in horror
Proven experience making FPS levels with examples of your work in the documenting phase through greyboxing
Proven track record using problem-solving skills to solve issues that arise during development
Strong documentation skills
Nice to Have's:
Experience of Blueprints in Unreal
Prior experience melding tactical shooter gameplay and Horror
Experience with Co-op game design
Experience with Jira for task tracking and bug fixing
Experience with markdown based software
