**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain shader setups, grooming tools, and LRC utilities in Unreal.
- Support hair and fur grooming workflows, including shading, physics, rendering, and export/import tools.
- Troubleshoot issues with groom assets (guides, cards, strand-based hair), lookdev, lighting, and performance.
- Develop automation for groom import, shader assignment, LOD management, and viewport/render optimization.
- Manage and automate render settings, level sequences, LODs, and performance configurations.
- Create tools in Python and Blueprint for both Unreal and Maya environments.
- Support the LRC review pipeline, ensuring renders, grooming outputs, and lighting data pass cleanly.
- Communicate with Epic Games, log issues, provide repro steps, and track resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation across shading, grooming, rendering, and LRC workflows.
