**Responsibilities**

  • Define and establish the game's visual identity by creating a comprehensive Visual Style Guide
  • Create few demo-critical concept artworks (1 city overview, 5 characters)
  • Continue expanding on other concept artworks (worldbuilding, levels, characters) after demo-critical work is concluded
  • **Qualifications**

  • Experience in creating various Concept Artworks (characters, levels, worldbuilding)
  • Understanding of how visual game documentation should be structured and presented
  • 18+ only (no minors)
  • _Upgrade_ is a 3rd-person action-adventure, set in a futuristic city where vampire oligarchs are controlling the society; with fast-paced parkour, brutal combat, realistic visual style, bright and vibrant tone.

    __Engine__: Unreal Engine 5.7

    __Version Control__: Diversion

    __Communication__: Discord and Google Meet

    __Task Tracking__: Trello

    __Documentation__: Google Suite

    We are currently in the prototyping phase, expected to last 7 months. After that, we plan to pursue publisher Kickstarter for funding. Once funded, we expect approximately two additional years of development until release.

    Revenue share percentage for this role for the prototyping stage is 3% of net revenue.

    If the project takes off, you will be offered to stay in the team on a classic paid role basis, extended rev-share, or a combination of both.
