**Responsibilities**

🎮 Hiring — Map/Level Designer (UE5) | Indie Multiplayer Game

We're a small indie studio working on a multiplayer PvP game in UE5 with strong traction and a growing community.

We need a Map/Level Designer who can take a map from concept to final. Ideation, blockout, iteration, and polished deliverable.

What you'd be doing:

→ Designing and building multiplayer maps for fast-paced PvP combat

→ Blockouts and greyboxing with gameplay-first thinking

→ Taking maps from blockout to final art pass

→ Keeping everything optimised and performant

Technical requirements:

→ Strong UE5 experience

→ 4 million poly budget max per map

→ Forward shading pipeline (no Nanite, no Lumen)

→ No virtual textures, no global illumination

→ You need to know how to make things look good within tight performance constraints

**Qualifications**

→ Experience with multiplayer map design

→ Portfolio with blockouts AND finished environments

→ Understanding of vertical/dynamic gameplay spaces
