**Responsibilities**
Grow the player base for our UEFN island FFA Alien Infestation.

Create and execute marketing actions to increase player engagement.
Manage and grow our Discord community (events, bots, moderation).
Run marketing presence on Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and social groups.
Contact YouTubers, Twitch streamers, TikTok creators and negotiate promotions.
Suggest and execute strategies to maximize visibility and retention.
-Compensation
Revenue share: 50% of all profits generated, based on performance and player growth achieved.
**Qualifications**
Proven experience with community growth for games.
Experience running or promoting UGC/indie titles is a big plus.
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns for live games.
Experience managing Discord communities (bots, events, moderation tools).
Strong understanding of audience acquisition strategies on major platforms.
Self-driven, organized, and able to execute without constant supervision.
