**Responsibilities**
We’re building something exciting at the intersection of AI, avatars, and real-time 3D (a new kind of expressive interface that blends hardware, emotion, and presence).
If you’re passionate about pushing Unreal and MetaHumans to their limits, we’d love to talk.
Mission :
You’ll take the lead on everything related to MetaHuman development and optimization, from design to performance tuning, and help us bring lifelike, expressive avatars to life. You’ll also contribute to developing the UI and core experience of the product directly inside Unreal Engine, so we’re looking for someone who’s equally comfortable with artistic creation and technical implementation. (saying so we are also benchmarking alternatives such as Unity)
**Qualifications**
• Solid experience in Unreal Engine 5.x, especially MetaHuman Creator, Control Rig, and Live Link.
• Strong grasp of facial animation, motion capture, and real-time optimization.
• Comfortable bridging art and code (Blueprints, shaders, performance debugging).
• Creative mindset with an eye for human realism and emotional depth.
• Bonus: experience with speech-driven animation, and EDGE / embedded GPU platforms (whatever the hardware).
• Eastern Time Zone availability and French are a plus.
