**Responsibilities**
We are seeking an experienced studio to develop a fully replicated multiplayer open world survival foundation for a dedicated server environment.
Core survival systems must include eating, drinking, resting, death, growth progression, weight gain and loss, killing, climbing, swimming, carrying mechanics, and reproduction.
The foundation must also include:
• Multiplayer replication for all systems on a dedicated server
• Leveling system integrated with questing
• Currency system tied to quest completion
• Ability store
• Auto save system
• In game skin selection system
• Group invite system
• Social menu
• Proper synchronization for paired combat animations
• Limb targeting system
• Scent tracking system
• Dismemberment system
All systems must be scalable, modular, and production ready.
**Qualifications**
• Proven experience developing multiplayer systems for Unreal Engine
• Strong understanding of replication and dedicated server architecture
• Experience building scalable survival mechanics
• Demonstrated experience with synchronized animation systems
• Ability to architect modular systems for long term expansion
• Portfolio of completed multiplayer projects
