**Responsibilities**
Ensure our games and experiences run smoothly and efficiently across all target platforms by:
rigorously profiling and analyzing CPU, GPU, memory, and I/O performanceidentifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across all game systems, including rendering, physics, animation, AI, and game logicdeveloping and implementing optimization strategies in both C++ and Blueprints to improve frame rates, reduce hitches, and manage memory usage effectivelycollaborating with artists, designers, and engineers to establish performance budgetsoptimizing rendering performance, improving shader efficiency, managing texture memory, and fine-tuning lighting and post-processing effectsworking independently to diagnose complex technical issues while collaborating on high-level goals in a small team of experts**Qualifications**
deep expertise in C++ and Unreal Engine architecture, particularly in performance-critical areasextensive experience with profiling tools such as Unreal Insights, RenderDoc, PIX, etcstrong understanding of modern rendering pipelines, memory management, multi-threading, and data-oriented design principlesproven ability to diagnose and solve complex performance issues across various hardware platforms (PC, consoles, etc.)experience having shipped at least one commercial title in a performance-focused role is big plusfluency in English (written, spoken)working microphone and webcamstrategic thinker with strong problem-solving skillsexcellent communicator, able to collaborate across disciplinesa passion for squeezing every last drop of performance out of the hardware to deliver the best possible player experienceyou must play games, love games, and want to make games!**How to Apply**
