**Responsibilities**
Develop animal-centric gameplay systems (hunting, stealth, stamina, hunger, thirst, fear, health)Implement predator and prey AI using Behavior Trees, EQS, and NavMeshDesign realistic animal movement and animation logic (IK, slopes, uneven terrain, sprinting, stalking)Build open-world systems using World Partition and level streamingImplement dynamic environmental systems (time of day, weather, water bodies, hazards)Optimize large landscapes, foliage, collisions, and AI for performanceIntegrate sounds, VFX, animations, and environmental storytellingWork closely with designers, artists, and UI/UX teamDebug and profile performance issues in large natural environments**Qualifications**
Strong experience with Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred)Excellent command of Blueprints (C++ is a plus)AI Behavior Trees & EQSNavigation systems (NavMesh, dynamic obstacles)Animation Blueprints, IK, Blend Spaces, Control RigUnderstanding of open-world optimizationFamiliarity with Nanite, Lumen, HLOD, World PartitionExperience working with large landscapes, foliage, and terrain collisionsStrong debugging and profiling skills
Ability to write clean, modular, reusable systemsNice-to-Have Skills (Highly Relevant to Our Game)
