**Responsibilities**

Come join our fast-growing 25+ studio in the Netherlands where we passionately work on an awesome new MMORPG project. We are self-funded and aim to push the genre with polished gameplay, vibrant visuals, and creative game design balancing traditional philosophies with meaningful innovation.

Responsibilities include:

Partner with other developers to help build a solid foundation on top of the underlying MMO systems.

Set up larger systems promoting extendibility and ease-of-use.

Embrace a multi-hat mentality where you’ll be working on many different areas of the project.

Work with the production team to meet project milestones and deadline

**Qualifications**

Senior experience working with Unreal Engine 4/5.

Senior experience writing larger and complex systems.

Strong experience in both Blueprint and C++.

Able to work autonomously and own all or portions of the systems you’ll create.

Knowledgeable in creating efficient and optimized code.

Have the soft-skills to guide or coach junior to intermediate colleagues.

You’re passionate, solution-focused and innovative.
