**Responsibilities**
Build and maintain Animation Blueprints in Unreal Engine
Create state machines, blend spaces, and layered animation systems.Set up and maintain skeleton retargeting between characters.Implement and manage Control Rig for runtime and procedural animation.Integrate animations into gameplay systems and character controllers.Debug animation bugs, mismatches, and runtime issues.Optimize animation systems for performance and scalability.Work closely with animators, designers, and programmers.**Qualifications**
Mid-level or Senior experience as a Technical AnimatorStrong Unreal Engine experience with Animation Blueprints.Experience with retargeting skeletons and animation assets.Solid understanding of Control Rig, IK, and locomotion systems.Experience using Maya or equivalent (Blender, MotionBuilder, etc.)Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Experience working in a game development production environment.Nice to have
Experience with procedural animation.Experience with UE5 systems (IK Retargeter, Motion Warping, etc.)Experience with networked or multiplayer characters.Familiarity with gameplay-driven animation systems.**How to Apply**
