**Responsibilities**

• Create and implement high quality VFX using Niagara for gameplay, environment and character interactions.
• Develop and optimize technical materials/shaders ensuring performance and visual consistency.
• Improve asset workflows, performance and pipeline efficiency within UEFN.
• Support the team by providing technical solutions for art-related features.
• Ensure all visuals meet engine constraints and run smoothly on target platforms.
• Contribute creatively to improve visual identity and overall project quality.
**Qualifications**
• Strong knowledge of Niagara and real-time VFX creation.
• Proficiency in material creation, shader logic, and optimization.
• Experience with UEFN / Unreal Engine workflows.
• Solid understanding of performance budgets and real-time constraints.
• Ability to diagnose and fix visual or technical issues efficiently.
• Basic 3D skills (modeling, texturing, rigging or animation) are a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
