// REQUIRED SKILLS
**Responsibilities**
->Develop and maintain stylized VFX systems for abilities and combat feedback
->Define and enforce visual language (color, shape, timing) for gameplay clarity
->Create and optimize materials, shaders, and Niagara systems
->Ensure frame-accurate VFX triggering aligned with gameplay events
->Monitor and optimize performance (particles, shaders, overdraw)
->Build tools and workflows to support art production efficiency
->Implement and maintain readability systems (team colors, indicators, telegraphs)
->Debug and resolve visual and technical issues across the pipeline
**Qualifications**
Must know how to deliver eye pleasing vfx effects and must be very gameplay readable
