**Responsibilities**

• Partner with me to drive the technical vision for "Project Omega," an indigenous, AA-quality narrative survival game for PC/Console.

• Build the core 4-player multiplayer network architecture and physics-based co-op traversal (grappling hooks, zip-lines) in Unreal Engine.

• Implement mid-match, hidden-role betrayal logic (where players secretly swap teams) and a "Dungeon Master" system where a human controls real-time horror events.

• Co-own our strict Q1 (Months 1-3) Greybox Prototyping sprint. I am handling all narrative, 3D level design, art, and business/pitch materials—you own the codebase.

• Join me in pitching the final playable Proof of Concept directly to Tier-1 gaming VCs to secure our official Seed funding.

**Qualifications**

• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine and C++, specifically with multiplayer network replication and client-server architecture.

• A true entrepreneurial partner mindset—you aren't just completing tasks; you are co-building the studio and game mechanics from the ground up.

• Ability to translate high-level design from our 27-page investor deck and early UE viewport blockouts into scalable code.

• Willingness to work on an equal equity/rev-share basis to build the vertical slice before we get our official funding.

• Bonus: Experience with complex physics-based movement or asymmetric multiplayer logic.
