**Responsibilities**
Help our team at Notiontheory design, build, and maintain high quality multiplayer systems by:
architecting and implementing multiplayer gameplay systems (client/server, replication, RPCs)developing and maintaining networked gameplay features in C++ and Blueprintsimplementing and optimizing replication strategies for actors, components, and gameplay statedebugging and resolving multiplayer issuesoptimizing bandwidth usage, server performance, and network tick ratesworking with gameplay, backend, and infrastructure engineers to integrate online services (lobbies, matchmaking, sessions, persistence, etc.)**Qualifications**
strong expertise in C++ and Unreal Engineproficiency using both C++ and Blueprints effectively in a multiplayer contextexperience shipping at least one multiplayer or networked commercial title is a big plusfluency in English (written, spoken)working microphone and webcamself-directed problem solver with strong analytical skillsexcellent communicator who collaborates well with designers, artists, and engineersyou must play games, love games, and want to make games!**How to Apply**
