**Responsibilities**
We are looking for a highly experienced Unreal Engine 5 networking / replication specialist to help diagnose and optimize severe server-side replication bottlenecks in a large-scale dedicated multiplayer environment in The Isle Evrima.
The project involves a live Unreal Engine 5 dedicated server (survival MMO-style architecture) running at high concurrency. We are experiencing structural replication and network pipeline saturation that appears to originate in TickFlush / NetDriver / replication serialization rather than gameplay logic or CPU constraints.
**Qualifications**
Strong experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 networking architecture
Deep understanding of replication systems (NetDriver, Replication Graph, TickFlush)
Experience optimizing large-scale multiplayer or dedicated server performance
Familiarity with actor relevancy systems and dormancy behavior
Knowledge of replication bandwidth optimization and serialization costs
Experience debugging server-side performance using Unreal Insights or native tooling
C++ engine-level experience (preferred or required)
Experience with high-player-count or MMO-like server architectures (strong plus)
Experience with The Isle Evrima Framework
